To report a bug or send us comments and requests, please email the address below. English is fine. Shogi Analysis is run by an individual, so it may take a few days to reply.

When you contact us

When you report a bug, including these four things helps us look into it faster:

• The last line at the bottom of the Account screen in the app (your user ID and the app version)
• Your device (for example, iPhone 15) and its OS version
• What you were doing when it happened
• The message shown on the screen

Tap that bottom line to copy it, then paste it into your email. We use it to find the records your inquiry is about.

If a game record won’t load, please also attach the game record file (or its text). Please don’t send passwords or other sign-in credentials.

We use what you send us only to reply to you and to deal with your report. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
